This is the current EarlyFloor feed for Miami-Dade, regenerated from the same files a subscriber would receive. Issue dates 2026-07-23 to 2026-07-27. Nothing here is a mock-up.

Phones: the three lowest-valuation rows are unmasked so you can place one test call and judge the data yourself. The rest are masked because this is a public page. Owner names are in the subscriber CSV but are left off here — they are private individuals.

These come from the City of Miami, which writes the trade scope into the permit description (“REMODELING/REPAIRS WOOD/LAMINATE/TILE/VINYL”). Median value $18,500. That source publishes no phone number on any record, so every row below is name-only.

A DBPR licence lookup will not give you a phone number, and this page used to say it would. Florida DBPR's own published licensee extracts (cilb_certified.csv and cilb_registered.csv, fetched 2026-07-30, HTTP 200) carry twelve columns — licence prefix, licence class, licence number, licensee name, two address lines, city/state/ZIP, expiry date, then continuing-education course fields. There is no telephone column anywhere in the file. What a DBPR lookup actually returns is the licence number, its class, its status, its expiry and a mailing address. The routes that can yield a phone are different ones: the corporate officer record on Sunbiz keyed off the company name, or the Miami-Dade county feed when the same firm also filed a county permit — that feed does publish a contractor phone. We ship these rows anyway, because they are the only rows where the permitting authority itself states the job involves floors.
