Coverage: what is live, what is not, and what each source withholds

EarlyFloor sells one metro. This page exists so you can find out that your metro is not covered before you give anyone an email address, and so you can see which limits are ours and which belong to the permitting authority.

Miami-Dade is 34 municipalities, and the two sources do not overlap much

This is the most important limit on the page and it is structural, not a formatting quirk.

The phone numbers come from the Miami-Dade County layer, which spans the whole county.
The declared floor scope — the rows where the authority's own text says wood, laminate, tile or vinyl — comes only from the City of Miami, which is one municipality out of 34.
So "a row with a phone" and "a row where the county says floors" are largely different rows. A crew working Hialeah, Doral, Homestead, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach or unincorporated county will get phone rows, and will essentially never get a declared-scope row, because that authority does not publish permits for those places.

Closing that gap means adding the municipal portals that run their own permitting — Miami Beach, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Doral among them. None of those are built. If someone tells you EarlyFloor covers "Miami", that is what it means and does not mean.

Why Orlando is read but not sold

The pipeline pulls City of Orlando permits every night and classifies them the same way. The flooring feed for Orlando comes out empty, because EarlyFloor's phone gate drops any row with no callable contact, and the Orlando dataset publishes no phone number on any record — verified against its own live schema, not inferred. Selling an Orlando feed today would be selling a header-only file. You can confirm the schema yourself:

If your metro is not on this list

There is nothing to sell you and no waiting list that implies otherwise. The form on the home page has a metro field; putting yours in it records demand, and that is all it does. It does not reserve anything, it does not schedule anything, and no date is promised.

Ground truth: EarlyFloor has never had a paying subscriber in any metro. Nothing on this page describes a customer base, because there is not one.
